The versatile Trommelscreen 15.7T ensures complete recycling of all your waste grounds and can be deployed without dust disturbance on any construction site. With rapid processing (capacity of approximately 100 tons/hour) and a very compact design, this machine delivers excellent performance. The compact setup is primarily facilitated by the presence of a swiveling conveyor belt. With its simple and fast operation, the mixing plant can be efficiently operated by just one operator. The drum itself provides aggressive screening action and is suitable for screening various materials, including topsoil, compost, granulate, fill soil, and sand. Thanks to the brushes, the drum is continuously cleaned throughout the entire screening process. The screen meshes have a square mesh size, resulting in a perfectly uniform and calibrated end product. Rematech's new mobile mixing plant, the Trommelscreen 15.7T, combines both the mixing and screening of all your waste grounds. Automatically dosed lime, for example, is added via an associated silo, especially for heavy clay soils, to obtain a stable and uniform end fraction. With the help of this mobile mixing plant, even challenging materials can be screened, such as heavy clay soils. The Remasilo, a mixing plant with an electric motor, operates fully automatically using sensors. Thanks to the aggressive mixing action, only a small amount of lime is required.Mehr anzeigen
