The opening of the grapple is 82 cm and its geometry is excellent for loading. The guillotine blades are always automatically protected in their housing during loading, so loading is as easy as with a normal wood grapple. 201TCE is equipped with a wireless controlled electric tilt. This ensures that the tree shear never tilts accidentally while the tree is still being cut. The 201TCE is easy to install. The tree shear is attached to the rotator of the forest crane and 2pcs hydraulic hoses are connected just like installing a normal timber grapple. Tree shear already has a wireless receiver for the tilt function pre-installed at the factory. Only the wireless transmitter/micro switch is brought into the machine cabin and the micro switch controls the tilt function.
