Known Component Hours:
Engine 13,688 hours (Boyd CAT exchange engine installed June 2017)

Transmission – Zero hour – (Empire rebuild November 2024)
Repairs:
• TA2 performed in April of 2024 prior to teardown. Inspected the machine with engine performance, steering, brake, and hoist pressures taken. All systems within specifications.
• Cleaned the machine.
• All fluids sampled.
• Transmission (as noted above) reconditioned with a system cleanout and new transmission pump. Trans cooler cleaned.
• Hydraulic tank cleaned out and resealed.
• Repaired steering linkage, repaired all bores that were out of spec. Replaced all ball studs and bearings with a new center pin. Reconditioned both steering cylinders.
• Cab detailed and cleaned:
o New seats installed
o New seat belts
o Headliner cleaned
o Interior panels cleaned and reinstalled
o Replaced switches, relays, and wiring harnesses as needed
o Horn repaired
o Cleaned and repaired the air conditioning system
• Removed unneeded brackets from chassis and repaired cracks as needed.
• Repaired front bumper and replaced both damaged front bumper ladder platforms.
• Resealed brake accumulators.
• Replaced the boarding ladders complete.
• Replaced the right front platform.
• Reconditioned both hoist cylinders.
• Replaced hydraulic hoses, tubes, and clamps as needed insuring proper routing.
• Repaired auto-lube ensuring proper operation.
• Repaired dump body cracks, re-machined bores, and installed new liners.
• Body eyebrows prepped and ready for re-installation.
• New mudflaps.
• Installed all new Bridgestone 27.00R 49 VREP E4 (2A compound) tires.
Truck is in work ready/rental condition
